Room to let in beautiful, central flat

I’m looking to rent my lovely room in our spacious flat from March 29th to June 11th, with the possibility of extension. The room is incredibly spacious and cozy, fully furnished, with a double bed, sofa and modern heating. The flat has a gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen, spare room and recently renovated bathroom. My flatmate is friendly, quiet and helpful. We are centrally located in Meadowside next to museum, 3 min to town centre, Abertay University and Overgate. Excellent transport links, and very close to bus and train station.
Rent includes all utilities, wi-fi, bills and council tax.
