Also welcome short term stay (flexible). This flat is situated within the Dundee city centre and yet next to the greenery, Dudhope Park- ~5 mins walk to Abertay University, 15-20 mins walk to Dundee University and about 15-20 mins walk to the train station. Looking for a responsible, clean and tidy mature international student/international young professional (Asian students are very welcomed). Price includes bills for: broadband, gas & electricity. If working professional, need to add on £40 each month for city council tax.

Due to covid, I basically clean and disinfect door's handles, switches etc frequently and try to provide a clean and safe environment for everyone who lives here.
