Flat share - Double room with priv.bathroom - ASAP

Hi, I am looking for a female flatmate to share a lovelly fully furnished flat in Blackness Avenue, near Perth Road. Bus 73 (Ninewells- city centre- Broughty Ferry) at the doorstep and 20 min walking to the city centre. Its a double bedroom with privat bathroom (not en suit). Sadly my current flatmate is moving to another city and now I am looking for someone easy going, tidy and respectfull to share the flat. No students accepted because we need to pay the council tax. All current bills (including the council tax) are around 170£ per month (each) and the flat let is managed by an agency, which means contract ( minimum 6 months) and quick solving of any maintenance problems.
