Flat Mates Wanted

PLEASE NOTICE THAT THE ROOMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL JULY 1st

THE FLAT:

2nd Floor

3 bedrooms in total (with locks) 2 of which need owners, each bedroom has a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and window blind.

1 bathroom - Bath & shower.

Living room - 2x 2 seated sofas, table, desk, shelves and bay window.
Combined with kitchen, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher (still unused), electric cooker oven/grill/hobs.

Hallway - storage cupboard

Bills are on a set on a monthly limit of £102 (£34 per person) so no need for top ups =)
(willing to change company)

My flatmates still live here but can work around it if anyone is interested in viewings.

A BIT ABOUT ME:

I know everyone is going to say nice things to sell themselves, but if there is one thing I am good at it is honesty and loyalty, so here it goes!
I am tidy, social, eco-friendly (we must recycle) and I understand that everyone has their own thing so I respect your living ways (I just hope I can keep up with them ;P ) I have self-discipline and respect for others.
I'm also vegetarian if that helps, I'm not a meat is murder type though.. they ruin it for everyone.. it's not murder if you're eating it.

I like comic book heroes, sci fi movies, outdoors stuff, I'm constantly educating myself for no reason but I just like to keep the mind in check.

If you're laid back but also a good ass kicker when I start to slack with my studies that could come in handy.
Other students would be good because at least we'd be thriving for the same thing so I know that there won't be parties all the time, I am open to parties don't get me wrong but lets not take the michael you know.

Creative musical/writers/artsy people would be awesome! (not essential) seeing as I am in the area myself, would be some good bonding sessions.
