I'm renting out my cherished flat; the top half of a Georgian villa on Albany Terrace. It has two double rooms, each furnished with a double bed, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe and a couple of other bits and bobs, but you are more than welcome to bring your own stuff too :)

The flat itself is very spacious, with big rooms and high ceilings. It has a large living room as well as a modern kitchen with dining table. The hall is huge and there are two bathrooms. It is in a lovely location on a quiet street, about 10-15 minutes walk to either university and about 15 minutes into the city centre. It has its own front door which opens out into a private garden which is great for BBQs in the summer! There is free parking on the street outside.

I'm Jo, I'm 28 and I run my own company but I'm based in London. The flat actually has a third bedroom but I use it for storage so I will probably just lock it - unless you particularly want to use it.

The rent is £750 per month. As a home, it's pretty adaptable - I lived in it with friends as a student, but it has since been rented by couples and even a family (the garden is great for kids :)
