Looking for flatemate

I have a spacious unfurnished 5th floor flat. The flat has a washing machine that came with the flat but I also have my own tumble dryer that can be shared. There will be no living room once a new flatmate moves in but the large kitchen dinning area can be used instead.

The room being offered is the main bedroom which is large enough to accommodate a double bed and also has a large built in wardrobe.

I am a first year studying Applied computing at Dundee University. I am not a massive drinker and nor do I smoke. I am very tidy and friendly person.
