3 story house with 4 double bedrooms. 1 male, 2 female, all students studying different subjects (Law, Psychology and Illustration). Looking for a fourth flatmate for first semester 2016 (July-mid January)
Really big shared living space, large kitchen with great views of the River Tay. 10 minute walk away from Dundee University and DJCAD, 20 minute walk away from Abertay University. Near all amenities on Perth Road, within walking distance of the city centre.
We do not live in the property as of yet as the lease starts in July, however we are looking for a flatmate to move in from then & would be happy to meet up/talk over the phone to anyone interested. :)
