Top floor double room to rent

I'm a design student going into my final year at DJCAD. My current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to take over her room. I am easygoing, tidy and have an undying passion for plants.

The flat is bright and well furnished. Kitchen faces onto City Rd allotments with views of Law Hill. It is also a two minute walk from Balgay Hill and Victoria Park. There is on street parking and a shared garden at the back. The flat is double glazed with gas central heating, L shaped kitchen/lounge, 2 bedrooms and shower room.

and a flatmate who likes to cook/bake

chair

Bills come to approx £30 pm

It takes me about 10/15 minutes to walk to uni and 20/30 to walk into town.
