2 double rooms individually leased in a 4 bedroom house in the west end.

Located on Marchfield Crescent which is at most a 15 minute walk from Dundee university campus and a 20 minute walk from Ninewells hospital. This is a quite area, with most of the neighbours having retired.

I am a 4th year medical student and currently live in the property. My flatmates are moving out this year as they are graduating from their studies.

The rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, a desk and chair, chest of drawers, mirror, cupboards for storage and a wardrobe.

The property also has a spacious living / dining area, 2 bathrooms, kitchen (with washing machine and tumble dryer and many other appliances). There is also a large spacious garden which has been prone to the odd bbq. A garage is also located at the back of the house and there is plenty of space for private parking.

The rent does not cover bills. The electricity/ gas bill is roughly £20 each per month and the broadband bill is £5 each per month. The TV license charges are covered by the landlord.
