I am a female working professional in Dundee and I am renting out the spare room in my flat. I have a very friendly cat so may not be suitable for people with allergies. Ideally I am looking for a female flatmate.

This is a furnished double room including Bed, bedside cabinets chest of drawers and cupboards.

I have tv and internet in the flat and a landline. The rent includes all bills in the flat.

There will be shared use of the newly renovated kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer etc), bathroom and living room which also includes a dining area.

The entire flat is fully furnished and the tenant can make use of all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, towels and bed linens.

The flat is close to the universities and city centre and is close to many bus routes.
