The room includes a brand new double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, book shelf and wardrobe.

The flat also has a spacious lounge, with large TV, gas fire, corner sofa and table and chairs. The property has gas central heating throughout and the bathroom has an electric shower. There is also a modern kitchen with lots of storage.

I have a small dog so potential flatmates would have to be ok with pets. I am a clean and tidy person and would be looking for someone who would do their share of household chores.

There is plenty of on street parking, and bus stops within easy walking distance.

£400 is for rent and all bills (Council Tax, Electric, Gas, Broadband, TV Licence).
