Hi there! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from now until August of this year. It's a double room in a two bedroom flat with kitchen, bathroom and living room. The flat is five to ten minutes walk to Dundee Uni and fifteen to the city centre. The total monthly cost including rent, superspeed internet, gas, electricity and water is £359 per month, deposit is £290. The flat also has allocated parking and a security system.
