Double room in spacious flat near Baxter Park

Double room available in a large bright flat overlooking Baxter Park.

Available for long term, short term or mon - fri let. I'm fairly flexible so please contact me if you have any questions.

The flat has been recently redecorated to a high standard and the room is fully furnished. The flat is very homely and comfortable and has lots of space including a spare room, bright spacious lounge, and kitchen / dining area.

I'm friendly and chatty but the flat is pretty quiet and ideally I'd like a flatmate who's content with that. I also have a cat who is very friendly so liking cats is an essential. The room is available to professionals or masters / PhD students (spare room conveniently doubles as a study!).
