Double room available in gorgeous 2 bedroom flat

Hello thanks for visiting my advert. I currently live in the flat my flatmate is moving out in April 7th as that is when the lease ends

I'm looking a flatmate who is clean tidy and is sociable. I am very sociable I like to go out but I don't go out every night as I work in a restaurant in the town As mentioned I am very much into running . I am in first year at Dundee and I'm studying social work . So far it's going good :)

The flat is very modern it is very close to shops 2 miles from the town . The bus routes are excellent as I live near ninewells . The deposit is 250 a month The cost of the flat is 225 a month electricity and heating is 28 pounds a month for the two and internet is 8 pounds a month :) so it is quite cheap
