The place is a spacious apartment available now fully furnished and dressed.
We have two double rooms available.
We are looking for students/ professionals.
Deposit = one month rent protected with safe deposit Scotland.
The kitchen/ lounge spaces are communal and all appliances are provided and regularly PAT tested.
Wifi controlled smart gas heating and double glazing - electric and gas bills excluded, to be shared with existing tenant.
Flat comes fully furnished.
Council tax excluded from rent and we are band B, which is about £1023 per year.

You would sign a joint Private Rental Agreement as per the 2018 legislation, with a right to short term stay acceptable as long as you provide me with a one month notice.
Your rights to reside in the U. K. and credit score will be checked prior to admission along with a character reference from your employer or your previous landlord/ landlady.
