The room is in a quiet location near to Ninewells Hospital , just over a mile to the University and a short bus journey to the James Hutton Institute. It is a divided house and has a private garden. ...with 7 chickens. The deal is that you look after my chickens to allow me to go away for a day, maybe 2days. It is quite intense work, but you are rewarded with free accommodation.
There is always parking space next to the entrance and I do have an open fire which is lit most nights, especially on cold or wet days. ...

I'm a tidy person and would like anyone coming to be of a similar nature....very important that you clean up your own mess, and especially keep your room clean and tidy
I prefer to do short term lets ..(1-4 months)..2days let per week ( any 2 days)
