Double room available to rent in the West End of Dundee close to Magdalen Green. Great location for the University and close to the train station and Tesco Riverside. The room is furnished, recently decorated and already vacant. Free on-street parking is available.

I'm a professional at the University and would be looking for someone similar. I like to keep busy and tend to go away when I get the chance. The ideal flatmate would be sociable, tidy and friendly. Students are welcome, especially postgraduates, but note a contribution to the council tax is still required which is included in the rent (£260 rent + £60 council tax). Bills are around £40 a month including internet depending on the time of year.

Would ideally prefer to do flat viewings in the evenings but very flexible.
