This flat is incredibly well maintained. It's not the typical old house falling apart, and it's fully furnished. The kitchen is supplied with plenty of utensils and space for your stuff, there is a tumble dryer and storage space (attic) for boxes/suitcases/etc. Spacious living room with sofas, dinning table, big tv (no TV license, but OK for plugging your laptop in). Really nice and neat bathroom.

The flat is kept to good clean standards 24/7, and you would be expected to maintain it so, too.

The flat is in a 2nd floor with lift and rubbish shaft. It is very well located off Perth Road in a very quiet area next to Magdalen Green with plenty of parking outside the door.

Great access into town, to riverside, to the hospital and the university. Close to all local shops and restaurants/bars. 10-15 minute walk into town.

Perfect for young professional or short-term student who likes to come home to a chill and tidy home.

I'd be looking for an organised and respectful flatmate who's able to pull their weight in keeping the place in nice condition and doesn't expect others to clean after them.
