Double Room close to Dundee City Centre

Hello!

One of my flatmate's is moving out at the end of March so I will be renting out my double room from 2nd April 2022. The room is furnished with a double bed and large built in wardrobe. Desk is available if required. The main bathroom is next door and would be of use to you and occasionally myself when I am over.

There will be access to a shared living room, kitchen, utility room and garden. There is also a car parking space outside the house.

The house is in a quiet residential area along a major bus route giving access to Ninewells and the City Centre. Dundee Uni is a 5 min walk, Abertay Uni is a 15min walk and the city centre a 10-15 min walk.

Rent is £610pcm inclusive of bills/fibre internet and council tax with a deposit of £915.

You would be sharing with myself, a female professional, and a male professional. I am a live-in landlord working near Edinburgh and normally split my time between there and Dundee. However, due to the pandemic, I have spent more time in Edinburgh so most of the time it will just be the two of you in the house. I am pretty easy going but like things clean and tidy in the shared areas.
