Lovely bedrooms in lovely house

I am looking for 2 people to rent two of four bedrooms in my home.
The bedrooms are fully furnished, two of the bedrooms remain vacant for when I visit the UK ie a couple of times a year. I live abroad and visit every few months for a few days, at which point I would stay in the house also.
The house is on two floors, one bedroom is downstairs, the other upstairs. There is a large living room and good size fully fitted and kitted kitchen. The house also has well kept front and large back gardens which can be used to have breakfast or a barbeque.
The house is 15 minutes walking distance from Ninewells Hospital, and a short bus ride to town. Buses are every 7 mins on peak hours.
Bills are not included, the cost would vary in the summer to winter months but it would be between £50-70.
The other tenant is a young but responsible student.
I am looking for people who plan on staying for some time however will consider tenancies of 6 months.
