Double Room in Bright, Cozy Flat

SHORT TERM ROOM AVAILABLE - Double room available in our bright, cozy flatshare in north Dundee. Ideally for 2-3 months but could potentially be longer if you needed.

It's a double room. I'm ideally looking to sublet to one person but would consider a couple. Rate for a couple would be £520.

You would be sharing with my lovely housemate. He's friendly and tidy, and mostly keeps to himself.

The flat has a shared bathroom and shared kitchen. The flat is also double glazed throughout with gas central heating and has big, south-facing windows.

There is ample free on-street parking available just outside our building.

The location is handy for Dundee Technology Park, Ninewells Hospital and the James Hutton Institute. We also have a really big supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

Bills (gas/electric) are usually around £30 per person per month but it's very variable at the moment.
