The room is on 1st floor, carpeted and has a double bed, big wardrobe, chest of drawers, build in cupboard for extra storage, big window. There is a separate bathroom with tub & shower for you. I have my own bathroom.

Also bus route to city centre. Beautiful walks in the local nature reserve. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood.
Ideal to commute to Forfar, Arbroath, St Andrews, Perth.

I am working full time. In my free time like to do some gardening, go to gym and socialise. I also do some voluntary work with local community.
