Double Room Near City Centre - Flexi Terms

Hello there,

This spacious and luminous bedroom would be suitable for a respectful, clean and thoughtful visitor or professional.

The flat is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the city centre by the Law Hill, It is a 20 min walk to the city centre through Dudhope Park, 20min to Abertay and close to a few bus stops (City Centre - Ninewells, KingsCross etc...). On-the-street parking just in front of the house is available.

The room itself is fully furnished. It has a very comfortable double bed and a decent size walking cupboard. Kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared. We are good at keeping the shared rooms fresh and clean and the bathroom impeccable for the next person.

There is also a garden where you can relax when the weather is inviting.

Another point worth mentioning, we are trying to do our best to recycle and it would be good to share the flat with someone who is like-minded in this respect...we are ourselves getting there slowly but it looks like a good thing to focus on.

Internet is available and all bills are included, with the expectation that lights and heating will be turned off when not in use, as part of a mutual agreement.

Finally, there is a small rescued dog called Lulu. You can get a glimpse of him on one of the living room photographs. He does bark when someone is at the door or when Andy comes to clean the window every fortnight, but apart from that, he is pretty laid-back....kinda of funny even when grumpy.
