Hi! I'm looking for a flatmate to fill in a room available in a 2 bedroom property at 9 Commercial Street (20 mins to Uni Dundee city campus, 5 mins to Abertay Uni). The rent is £320 per month, with deposit of £480.
The house runs on electricity bills (quarterly payment, that is 3 months bill per payment) and gas central heating (top up style).Average electricity bill is £50 for 3 months (£25 per person, the bills may be higher in winter) and heating on average is £20 per month per person. Wifi available is Virgin Media and costs £27 per month (£13.50 per person per month).The flat is in city centre, nearby to amenities and transport links like Seagate bus station and Dundee train station.
