The ideal lodger is a Professional. S/he will be tidy and considerate too.

One large Room with double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookshelf. The room has a sea view to the side. There is part shared living space including two separate living rooms (one with a wood burner, the other with a pool table), both have panoramic sea views. Shared use of large Kitchen, utility room (with washing machine and dryer), patio (with garden furniture) and large garden. There is parking space on the driveway at the front of the house. All bills included (apart from telephone and personal contents insurance).

Non Smoker preferred. Sorry no pets. Employer reference required please in advance. Rent payable in advance on the first day of each month.
