I have two lovely double bedrooms to rent in my lovely 4 bedroom home in invergowrie by Dundee, It is only 15 minutes drive away from Ninewell's teaching hospital so would suit professional mature students. The two tenants would be expected to share the main family bathroom which is modernly fitted out. Their is also a shared living room for both tenants and full use of the kitchen and all of the facilities. I will accept smokers aslong as they are okay with going outside to smoke.
