I have a spacious double room to rent in my detached cottage, beautiful rural location near Kingoldrum, 5 miles from Kirriemuir on B951 Glenisla road, 20 mins from Forfar, 45 mins from Dundee.

You must have your own transport, be smoke-free (essential) and love cats and poultry (at least not allergic).

The recently-redecorated room has a large double bed, walk-in hanging space, wardrobe and great views. You’ll be responsible for own laundry/food, bedding and towels are available or use your own. Full oil-fired central heating and new double-glazing.

There’s a shared bathroom with electric shower; kitchen with oil-fired Rayburn and microwave; broadband/WiFi access.

Room available weeknights only. Perfect for rural or contract worker or other professional requiring a room instead of commute, hassle-free solution.
