Double room to rent in big 2 bedroom house

(Photos were taken before furniture was put in place) I am currently looking to rent out a room in my large 2 bedroom house. It’s got a massive kitchen, sofa, telly, WiFi, netflix, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/hob, shower/bath, central heating & a double drive. As well as fitted wardrobes & a patio garden. All bills are included. I’m easy to get on with, also have a little sausage dog. No parties though (sorry). 20 minutes from Dundee centre. 10 minutes from Forfar.
