I have a double bedroom for rent. It has new double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk.
The room is £50/week if it’s for at least 3 months. For shorter periods it would be £60/wk. For a couple it would be £70/wk
The house was was built/converted by myself about 8 years ago so it is modern inside. All the other areas of the house are shared e. g. kitchen/sitting room/bathroom. It is in the centre of the small town of Kirriemuir and close to the main bus stop in the centre so commuting would be easy if you don't have a car.
All the bills are included including broadband and TV.
Preference is for a professional female although males/students/couples etc considered.
I'm easy going and often away at the w/end.
