I am a 34 year old, male teacher looking for someone to come and houseshare in letham in Angus. Commuting to Dundee or Aberdeen is very easy from this location in the heart of Angus. I work Monday to Friday in Dundee.

The area of letham is a lovely country village that great for local amenities. 2 shops, take away, 2 pubs, regular bus links to surrounding areas.

Double bedroom and offering plenty space for a prospective tennant. £400 per month includes all bills. Would have your own bathroom to use. My house offers plenty space. Kitchen would be shared but I barely use it anyway.

I am a very easy going person who is happy to socialise or stay out of your way-whichever is suitable for you. My interests include sports (mainly golf, football and running)
