Spare Room in Liff, Dundee

Double room available in Liff, Dundee, as of mid July 2026 (possible flexibility on the date can be discussed).

Please note:
- due to minimal local bus links, a car is advised for moving here.
- the house is pretty much fully furnished, however any potential housemates will need to bring their own bed.

The house is situated within the beautiful grounds of the old Liff Hospital. Fantastic country walks on your doorstep, tennis courts available, and a lovely sense of community with the neighbours. There is a garage with plenty of storage space, as well as a front and (southfacing) back garden, and plenty of parking.

The house itself has a downstairs WC as well as a full bathroom upstairs. There is a spare room for occasional guests to stay in. The available room is a small double room (see photos) but there is some available storage space within the rest of the house, if you require some additional space.

I am a 34-year-old professional who does hybrid working - this does mean I am in the house a lot during the week, but tend to be out and about on weekends. I am social, but not someone who goes out partying a lot. I also have quite a social job, so do value coming home and embracing my full introvert at the end of the day 😂 I enjoy being out walking in the hills, reading, going to Yoga and catching up with friends.

I am looking for someone similar, who enjoys a bit of a mixed house - likes to chat/socialise but also values their own space. Female, professional, between 25-45, clean, respectful and friendly :)

Note: Rent of £450 excluding bills - bills are approximately £200-£250pm (this includes council tax, gas and electricity, WiFi, and a fortnightly cleaner). This is an average of across the year, so it may occasionally be slightly higher in winter as the heating goes up, depending on your usage compared to the previous tenant.
