Lochee Road Room available

Hey😊 I'm looking for a flatmate. Obviously😅
The room is not huge, but we have a spacious living room, perfect for a little party or reading while sitting next to the window with the view of the old graveyard. The flat definitely has a personality. We are close to Aldi (15min), Lidl (16min), The University of Dundee (20min), Abertay University (22min). I have a bicycle which you could borrow. I haven't used it for over a year now 😅

I am a tidy, social professional with a bunch of activities always going on. Moved to Dundee in Summer 2019 and love it 😁

Pros: Chill flatmate, price, location, quiet neighbours (in the house and front of it)
Cons: Need to fill a long form for letting agency (just once), windows play out, no table in the room, bills not included
