The flat is located on the main street but with access from North Union street. Across the street from Tesco and a two minute walk from the train station with regular running trains during peak times. There are regular running bus services to and from Dundee and Broughty Ferry.

The room available is on the back of the property away from the main road. The flat is located very close to the water font which runs to Carnoustie and Broughty Ferry with a cycle path to either.

I myself am a fairly laid back individual working full time who is looking for somebody to replace my current flatmate when he moves out. I enjoy peace and quiet but I am still social.
