I rented this apartment on a 6 month tenancy agreement but need to move back to London. My tenancy is due to expire on 6 July so I have just under 2 months remaining on the contract. You can potentially stay longer if you like, the landlord is very flexible with this.

It has a new fitted kitchen with washing machine and a large double fridge/freezer. It has a living room with a TV unit, bathroom with a bath and an electric shower. As well as a carpeted bedroom with a large wardrobe and chest of draws.

It is located on Montrose High Street and has a secure entrance. There is also parking right outside the apartment.

I have already paid £880 for the 2 months rent remaining and will take the best offer I can get but need someone to take it asap.
