A lodger required to join in this fully furnished double room in a beautiful house, located in a better & secured environment and close to all local amenities including few minutes walk to the leisure centre. Your room also has own TV though there is a shared living room, dinning place and utility. The kitchen is well equipped with every normal item including cooking utensils.
All bills inclusive. You must be tidy and working - I mean you must prove you are able to pay your rent.
