House share on the Isle of Lismore

Hello!

I have the opportunity to take on an a wee house on Lismore where I’ve lived and worked on and off since 2018.

To make it work financially, I’m looking for a flat mate! I’ve lived communally for a long time and I am very used to sharing space!

The house is right next to the ferry terminal (~50 mins to Oban). The neighbours and community are lovely!

The house is fully furnished!

There is a 3rd smaller room which would most likely be best kept as a spare room/office space. So this house would really suit someone who works from home!

The rent breakdown per month is:
£350 for room and house
£50 for council tax
£7.50 water charge (house has a private water supply, the cost of which is split between residents of Achnacroish)
