Kintail Cottage is a great place to escape to, surrounded by trees and water and within an easy commute of Dunoon and Glasgow. It is situated on the edge of the Trossachs National Park, close to Benmore Botanics and Pucks Rest, located in Blairmore Village with its own active village hall, coffee shop/art gallery, and second-hand book shop. There is public transport to Dunoon and Glasgow and Glasgow is easily reached by car/ferry if you wish to commute. In Dunoon, you will find all amenities - supermarkets, shops, a leisure centre, and even a small cinema. There are many walks from the house and locally which you can access without transport if you so wish. There is one twin room with its own shower room, and one double room with a shared bathroom. It is simply and comfortably furnished. There is an open-plan shared kitchen/dining area which is well equipped with utensils and has a spacious eating area. There are a dishwasher and a washing machine and central heating and a separate utility room. The living room has plenty of sofas, a fantastic view of Loch Long, and a log burner. There is an extensive garden with room for growing your own if you want. A ceiling is put on included bills for winter months, above which costs are shared. This can be negotiated before contracts are signed so that everyone is happy with the agreement. WiFi is included and is good. Although I am a live-in landlord with my own room, I will be absent for some time. You would have the property to yourself/ves. If you are on a low income I am able to negotiate the rent with you.
