Rooms to rent in large, sea-front house

The house is on 3 floors, facing right onto the water on the promenade in central Dunoon. We have a shared dining room, 2 kitchens, a shared lounge, an ensuite room plus a bath/shower room and another toilet...wifi access, a front and back garden, plenty of free parking...oh and friendly pet dogs too!

Either room is available on a self-catering basis to professionals or students on placement. We are only 10minutes max. walk to the supermarket and the main street. The house is Victorian; high ceilings, cornices and lots of original features - but with double glazing and central heating of course!

Both rooms have double beds, are fully furnished and come with bedlinen/towels inc. The room with shared access to bathroom/toilet has its own wash-hand sink for personal use and is right next to the bathrooms anyway!

No smoking within the house itself - but plenty of garden space if needed outside!
