Bright Double in Oban

We have a spare room in our recently refurbished 2 bedroom flat which will be available from mid July.
You’ll have the place to yourself most of the time as we spend a fair bit of time nearer Edinburgh. We are a youngish couple and both work office hours.
The room has been popular with SAMS students but it would also be ideal if you are working in the area or want to remote work from Oban and explore the area.
It’s under 10 minutes walk to the town centre and close to the rugby club and golf club. There is free on street parking and we have a large garden and patio area.
The flat is bright and warm with gas central heating so it’s a nice environment even in winter! The room is furnished and the bed and queen mattress were brand new less than a year ago. It has a large mirrored door wardrobe and if you have loads of stuff there is another cupboard available.
The kitchen is great for cooking and baking and has plenty of storage. There is a washing machine but no tumble dryer.
There’s a large floored loft where any dive kit, bikes, tents etc can be stored or they can be kept in the garden shed.
The room is for single occupancy and would not be suitable if your partner will be staying for any long periods.

It is £440 per month including the bills plus a £200 damage deposit.
It’s let using a Lodger Agreement with the usual terms and conditions.
