We have a spare room in our recently refurbished 2 bedroom flat. Its a warm and cosy upper cottage flat in a quiet block, with private patio and garden.
Great location in Glencruitten, just 10 minutes walk to the town centre and supermarkets.

There is a modern kitchen with built in appliances and brand new washing machine.

The bedroom is bright with large mirrored door wardrobe, queen bed and mattress, side tables, lamps and plenty of sockets.

Loft with additional storage space for dive kit, paddleboards etc

We are a youngish couple and both work office hours. We enjoy the outdoors, cycling, coffee, cakes and travel.

We've previously had students including international students studying at Sams stay with us, and for the past two years a trainee solicitor staying. It's a good base for anyone studying or working in this area.

The room is for single occupancy. Your partner may be able to stay with prior agreement for an additonal fee.
