The flat has been decorated to a high standard and there is shared access to the kitchen, bathroom and lounge.

Would suit clean and tidy, quiet, respectful person. Must be non-smoker and female.

There is one parking space and access to a private garden.

One month's rent is required for a deposit and all bills are included (if home working is involved the rent will be adjusted accordingly). The room is for single occupancy only and references are essential.

The flat is in the village of Taynuilt, 12 miles from Oban. There is a train station a few minutes walk from the property as well as local shops, a Post Office, butchers and hair salon.
