The apartment has been decorated to a high standard and there is access to the kitchen, bathroom and lounge. The owner is often not at home, so the lodger would have the place to themselves a lot of the time.

Would suit clean and tidy, quiet, respectful, trustworthy person. Must be non-smoker and female.

There is one parking space and access to a private garden.

One month's rent is required for a deposit and there will be a contribution towards bills. The room is for single occupancy only and references are essential.

The flat is in the village of Taynuilt, 12 miles from Oban. There is a train station a few minutes walk from the property as well as local shops, a Post Office, butchers and hair salon.
