Unusual! Massive room in big house

So this is one of the more unusual rooms on here i bet!

If youre a caring, kind and trustworthy person looking for an amazing room in Bristol, please read on.

I am not the owner of the house, but i (and hopefully you) will be helping an elderly lady retain her independence.

Esperanza is a lovely 68 year old Spanish lady. She is totally lovely and one of the kindest people i know.

I met her when I was at uni in Bristol. I am not related but have been renting the garage attached to the house for 9 (!) years.

In that time i would occasionally help her to clean and mow the lawn etc. But i now live in London and work away so i no longer can on a regular basis.

What she is looking for is a kind and patient lodger, who will occasionally help her out.

She mainly needs help with cleaning ( she is quite messy) and lifting heavy things from the car ( i cant stop her buying in bulk! Ha)

In return you will have the biggest room in the house (its massive) with ensuite and really great views, all your bills paid, and occasionally some of Esperanzas Spanish cuisine if you would like that.

She does not need full time care, and is still driving, mobile and totally with it. She sucks at computers, buys way too much fruit at the market and still has a laugh.

There is one other housemate. He is related to me and has been almost totally useless at helping her out. He generally keeps himself to himself and stays out the way.

Oh also you must like cats, she has 2. One is great the other one is pretty average.
