House of 5 professionals seeking another housemate to help split the bills. Preferably looking for another girl to keep Georgia sane and even the balance a bit, but happy to fill the slot with the right guy too! Very chilled out house and plenty of space. All been friends for years and get on well. Previous housemate moving out for a new job in Wales. Feels more like a 3 bed as very spacious, plenty of bathrooms and thick walls. Great travel links to M4, M5 and 25min drive from central Bristol. Perfect balance of being in the countryside, but not too far out. Big gardens front and back, private drive, plenty of parking and close to Bradley Stoke and Thornbury for gym (also have squat rack and weights in garage) food shopping etc. Room has a log burner and parquet flooring and is a nice size. Comes unfurnished. Nearest neighbours a whole field away!
