Prof. female for large loft double, ensuite room

Hiya!

We're Sam, Niky and Luke. Our lovely housemate is moving in with friends and so will be leaving her beautiful ensuite, top-floor loft room.
Video and photos of the room are attached. Lush views from both windows, furniture included.

Niky is 30 and works in the charity sector with victims of sexual violence - 9 to 5, currently mostly from home.

Luke is 30 and works in special needs education.

Sam is 28 and works as a tour guide when covid permits!

Collectively we are into a variety of things including yoga, the gym, hikes, meditation and - pending regular life - live music, travelling etc.

Looking for a female housemate to keep a nice balance in the house - and as per landlady's request. She's awesome; probably the best landlady we've ever had.

We're ideally looking for a housemate who is sociable but respectful of space, quite tidy (as we like to keep things nice and clean) and works semi-regular hours so that urrybody can sleep well when it's bed time!

Other than that, it's all about if you vibe with us and vice versa :).
