Single room for short term let

Lovely little single room for rent in house that is for sale, hence it's not possible to have a long term rental.

There is a kitchen, lounge and dining room downstairs meaning there is plenty of room to hang out and if you need to work from home.

I have a 3 year old girl who is very chilled as kids go. She sleeps solidly 8-8 and rarely wakes up at night. But you'd need to be ok with being quiet ISH after 8pm and before 7am as she sleeps in till then most mornings! £
She is sweet and laughs a lot so is easy company.

Also have a black cockapoo Juno who is a bundle of fun/energy. She is mainly in kitchen and lounge and not allowed upstairs.

Lovely garden and summerhouse (when it's sunny!).

Important you are clean and tidy!
