Cozy double room in a penthouse

Hi all! We have a double room available from mid/end April beginning of May in our lovely house! The price is £450 + bills and the room includes double bedroom and a wardrobe.
The property is a top-floor very spacious apartment fully furnished, with a big open plan kitchen, 4 rooms (you will share the bathroom with just one person) and a nice terrace! The house faces south so it benefits from plenty of natural light. The building has a secure space to store the bike as well.

The location is quite convenient, being next to the cricket stadium and 7-10 minutes walking to St. Andrews Park and Gloucester road. Walking to the city centre takes around 30 minutes but there is a 70 bus stop right in the door. Lidl and Aldi around 10 minutes away, but there is a Co-op in the same building too.
About us, we are 3 Spaniards working in the aerospace industry, so we like weekdays to be quite and chill. Our age range is 25-31. We are easy-going people and very social but respect other people's space too. Our English is very fluid.
