We are looking for a third housemate (as our current housemate is moving to France) to fill an unfurnished ground floor double room available in a 3 bed house share in Ashley Down (BS7). We are Amy (27) and Christina (28).

The flat has two floors with a stunning living/dining room with high ceilings. There is a downstairs toilet and main bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
It is in a great location with Gloucester Road a 10 min walk away, St Werburghs is also walkable, and Stokes Croft a 15 mins walk away, and the 70 bus stop to town is right outside as well as a convenient co-op. Allocated parking available.

It is a 12 month tenancy starting on June 25th, references required, great landlords. The rent is ~£665 (need to confirm) per month and the bills come to £150-£200 per month depending on the season.

We bought the sofa between the 3 of us so will require a payment to the previous tenant. The sofa is also a pull out bed so perfect if you have a guest to stay. Then we can decide what to do with the sofa at the end of the tenancy. There could be a possibility of signing another 12 month contract after if you wish. There is a fee for reference checks which we need to confirm.

Amy: I am a Geography Teacher at a local school and enjoy yoga, poetry, gigs, the gym, comedy, nature walks, reading in cafes, and would love to do things as a house. I have been in Bristol for 9 years.

Christina: I’m a town planner, and have been in Bristol for 3 years. I'm pretty active and like playing football, (before my injury), surfing, gym. Also into to lino printing, going to gigs. My boyfriend will also come to visit some weekends.

We are looking for someone of a similar age ~25-35, who also has a Mon-Fri 9-5ish job so we are all on roughly the same page with sleeping schedules. Female preferred but if you are a male and think you’re a good fit feel free to message. We are looking for someone clean and tidy, happy to be quiet enough from 11pm week nights, cares about recycling ♻️, happy to socialise as a house and who is a good communicator. The landlords do not allow pets, students or couples.
