MONDAY- FRIDAY let ONLY. Must be over 40 years old - would suit contractor working away from home only - Lovely, clean, double room available. Shared facilities, downstairs loo, shower and bath. Price includes all bills, wired internet, however there is no TV in bedroom - the last lodger used the wired internet and computer. Can share living room. ! There is a good sized fridge, freezer, good storage space in kitchen and shared use of a washing machine - this is home from home. Please note visitors are not permitted in the bedroom or to sleep over - this is a one person occupancy even though it is a double room. Close to port entrance, shops, pubs, train station and bus routes. I have a small dog so must be a dog lover. Look forward to hearing from you.
