Part furnished flat. 1 bedroom but could house a couple. Ideally wanting someone in who will look after and respect it but not need it permanently. Ideally Mon- Friday or a week by week/ month by month basis as it is currently up for sale. I’m looking to move in with my partner asap and sell the property but before we make the move I want to stay with him check the commute out and have someone help out with the upkeep. If it’s month by month all bills included (including broadband) would be £1100. If it’s week by week £300 a week. It’s one owner (myself) clean and open space with large windows. Right on the m5 corridor and 5 mins walk from the train station and about a 5 min drive/ 20 min walk to the park and ride to get into the centre of bristol.
