One room available, I take adverts down the moment a room is taken - so if you message me asking if the room is free I know you haven't read the top of this description let alone the rest of it - in which case you'd be lucky to get a reply.

People tell me that my place is much nicer than the others they’ve viewed.

A friendly and quiet household that suits polite considerate people. For me it's less about the money and more about finding the right lodgers that can make shared accommodation work, hence the great pricing for such facilities.

Unfortunately due to council limits on the number of occupants, I'm not accepting couples (unless you want to pay for two rooms).

Dune Room - Newly refurnished large double room. Includes:
32" flat screen smart TV with digital channels.
Large wardrobe, chest of draws, desk, bedside table.
Three mirrors, two full length and one portrait, blackout curtains.

Garden Room - Newly refurnished very large double room in ground floor. Includes:
32" flat screen smart TV with digital channels.
Large wardrobe, chest of draws, twos desks, bedside table.
Large mirrors full length mirror, blackout curtains.
Forest Room - Newly refurnished double room. Includes:
48" 4K smart TV with digital channels, wardrobe, draws under the bed, desk, bedside table with draws.
Mirrors and blackout curtains.
Sun Room - Newly refurnished single room. Includes:
32" flat screen smart TV with digital channels.
Wardrobe, draws under the bed, desk, bedside table with draws.
Mirrors and blackout curtains.

Each room comes with designated fridge, freezer, and cupboard space.

Bills are all included (acceptable use applies). Price also includes kitchen roll, toilet roll, and hand soap (saves disagreements and ensures good quality supply).

Off street parking available.

Kitchen is newly refurnished, as is breakfast bar and seating area.

Home Cinema projector with > 80" image, great for film nights (fair use applies, i. e. not when others are sleeping). In fairness though, it hardly gets used.

Location has excellent access to Avonmouth and the M5. Also near woods, Kings Weston House, and Blaise Castle.

If you work in or around Avonmouth this will be a good location for you. Likewise if you work near to the M5 and want to be near Bristol.

The mall Cribbs Causeway is 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic.

Clifton is 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic.

There are plenty of buses, but if you are working in the centre you'll want to rent somewhere closer to there. Not suitable for students, you need somewhere near your uni.

Spareroom has a useful "View on map" button. Please do use the map feature to see if we are a suitable distance from where you work BEFORE contacting.

House has dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, toaster, george foreman, air conditioning in summer, extra fridge/freezer space, modern windows, fire doors, etc.

Please note that on application you will need to supply:

* 3 months of pay slips (or balance proving you can afford 6 months stay if you are job seeking)

Upon acceptance, you need to pay the deposit to hold the room. You'll pay rent for the first month when you move in.

All lodgers will be subject to right to rent, credit, and background checks.
